You can click the "+" button on the bottom of the "Nutrition" tab in order to add a food item.  Make sure you have the correct meal selected (Breakfast, AM Snack, etc).

On the "+" screen, you will be able to:

  • add a food from the Favorites section
  • copy a previous meal in the My Meals section
  • select a saved food in the My Foods section
  • select a saved recipe in the My Recipes section
  • share a food or meal with a group in the Group section
  • track water
  • create foods and recipes
